SINGAPORE – Several DBS and POSB automated teller machines (ATM) were temporarily out of service this morning.

Services were progressively restored from noon, and affected machines were fully operational by 3pm, according to a statement by DBS bank on their Facebook page.

The bank added that as majority of their ATM network was functioning normally, customer contact officers were able to advise customers on the locations of neighbouring ATMs.

Internet and mobile banking services were reported to be unaffected.

DBS was unable to confirm the cause of the problem and number of affected ATMs at this point, according to local media reports.
